Progress on industrial park

The VANDYK Group of Companies, in conjunction with Trilon Bancorp Inc., has started installing underground services in the Shelburne Industrial Park.
VANDYK owns 50 acres of the prime industrial park land, and will be offering a variety of lot sizes from one to 20 acres, to accommodate various business needs, facilitating Shelburne’s economic growth. The creation of lots will be determined by approval of consent applications. Completion of servicing is expected for summer 2008.
The VANDYK Group has been active in the Shelburne community since 2004, and in the past four years, has built over 300 homes in the Fiddlers Glen and Fiddlers Heights areas. The developer has a third subdivision in the works, Meadows of Fiddlers Glen, which will have an initial offering of 150 single-family homes.
